About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our team in a well-established nursing home in Ireland. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive and professional healthcare environment where you will provide high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with best practices
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Support and mentor healthcare assistants

Requirements

✔ Must be a Registered Nurse with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) or eligibility to register.
✔ Previous experience in geriatric or elderly care is an advantage.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
✔ Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
