Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assisting residents with mobility and transfers Supporting residents with meal times and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided and reporting any changes in
  residents’ conditions to the nursing team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate nature and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Physical stamina to perform various duties.
• Preferably holding a healthcare-related qualification

• Prior experience in patient care is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
• The minimum annual remuneration of the employment : €30,000 – €32, 000
• The hours of work of the employment : 39Hpw/ Hourly Salary : €14.79 -16.80
