Job Description:

We are seeking Healthcare/Social Care Practitioner Part-time and Full-time needed to assist clients to remain safely and happily in their own homes. This is a fabulous opportunity to work with a company that highly.

The successful candidate must:

• Be fully Reliable/Dependable- Available for evenings and weekends.
• Full Clean Irish Drivers Licence or International Licence
• Be flexible and have a can-do attitude.
• Have a caring and kind disposition providing a person-centred approach to the client.
• Experience of Personal care including Infection prevention and control.
• Epilepsy Training
• Positive behavioural support training/MAPA
• Good communication skills and practical skills.
• At least 1 years’ experience supporting individuals with a disability/Care of the older person
  in a health or social care setting.
• Specialised training within the disability sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities of the role

• Provide high standards of emotional, social and personal care to clients.
• Accurate record-keeping and writing detailed reports
• Continuous training and upskilling applicable to the role
• Implement the client’s care plan.
• Provide practical and emotional support to clients in a professional manner
• Travelling to and from Clients houses to provide personal care
• Salary: €15.50-€16.80 per hour
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: €31,500.00 per year
